Six ways to work in the heat

Every class runs in a heated room. Instructors give options throughout, so beginners and long-time athletes train in the same room without either feeling out of place.

  • Hot Pilates

    Strength / control

Experience a full-body workout that combines the principles of Pilates with the benefits of a heated room. Improve strength, balance, flexibility, and control while building a stronger, leaner body.

  • Hot Yoga

    Mobility / mindful flow

Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through mindful movement in a heated room. Our classes range from slow, restorative practices to energizing flows designed for all experience levels.

  • Hot Strength

    Resistance training

Build lean muscle and improve overall strength with targeted, full-body resistance training. Each class focuses on specific muscle groups using dumbbells and functional movements to create a balanced, sculpted physique.

  • Hot Pilates HIIT

    Conditioning / core

A high-energy, full-body workout combining Pilates-inspired movements with HIIT intervals in the heat. Expect fiery core work, strength-building exercises, cardio bursts, and dynamic sequences designed to sculpt, strengthen, and boost endurance.

  • Hot Yoga Sculpt

    Flow + weights

Combine the flow of yoga with strength training in a heated room for a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, improves endurance, and enhances flexibility. Using dumbbells and functional movements, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and empowered.

  • Stretch & Recovery

    Low impact

Recover, restore, and improve flexibility in a heated environment designed to help your muscles relax and move more freely. This low-impact class combines guided stretching and mobility work to reduce tension and leave you feeling refreshed.

New to a heated room?

Start with Hot Yoga or Stretch & Recovery, drink water through the day beforehand, and arrive ten minutes early so you can settle into the temperature instead of racing it. If you need to sit down mid-class, sit down. Nobody watches, and every instructor would rather you stay in the room.

Ready for the hardest thing on the menu? Hot Pilates HIIT combines Pilates-inspired movement with cardio intervals, and it does not let up.
